Hoki fish is a deep-sea fish found off the southern and west coasts of New Zealand. These are some of the cleanest waters in the world. Hoki is a long, thin white fish with silvery-blue scales and white flesh.

Because the manufacturer catch our Hoki fresh from New Zealand water. The manufacturer's hand select and cut only the best pieces to be coated in breadcrumbs. And you can really taste the difference - They Have a moist, flaky texture with a delicious crunchy crumb.
Cooking instructions:
For the best results, cook from frozen.
This frozen product is uncooked. As ovens vary, ensure Fish Bite are hot and cooked right through before serving.

Preheat fan forced oven to 190 ° C. Place Fish on an oven tray and cook approx. 7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Oven Bake
Preheat fan forced oven to 200 ° C. Place Fish on an oven tray and cook approx. 7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
